19th SFN School: Save the date!

The 19th School of the "Société Française de Nutrition" will take place on 1 December 2026, as a webinar. This edition is jointly organised by Amélie Deglaire (STLO, Institut Agro) and Marie Bodinier (UMR BIA, INRAE), and its theme is “The impact of food processing on the nutritional quality and allergenicity of foods”. We look forward to seeing many of you there!

The Société Française de Nutrition (French Society of Nutrition) is a learned society organised as an association under the 1901 Act, recognised as being of public benefit, which approaches nutrition from a transdisciplinary and sustainable perspective. It thus serves as a forum for exchange between all disciplines relating to food and nutrition, both nationally and internationally. It brings together experts from the public and private sectors, whose dialogue leads to advances in public health.

Under the auspices of the SFN, Amélie Deglaire (STLO, Institut Agro) and Marie Bodinier (UMR BIA, INRAE) are co-organising the association’s 19th School, which will focus on the following theme: ‘The impact of food processing on the nutritional quality and allergenicity of foods’.

The event will take place on Tuesday 1 December 2026, from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, in the form of a webinar. It is aimed at professionals and students interested in the challenges of food transformation.
