Didier Dupont et Olivia Ménard are members of the team Bioactivity & Nutrition at STLO. Didier coordinates the international research network INFOGEST. He is a leading scientist in his discipline. Olivia is a research engineer conducting breakthrough investigations on digestion process using original digestion simulators and models.
