Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches

Luca Lanotte will defend his HDR (Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches)

On Monday December 9, 2024, Luca Lanotte will defend his HDR (Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches). This is the highest French university degree, recognizing the accomplished career of a candidate with mature scientific expertise, his ability to implement a research strategy in his field and further to supervise PhD students and young researchers.

Luca is a biophysicist as well as a soft matter expert on microfluidics, whose research focuses on the mechanisms characterizing dairy industry unit operations on a microscale since he joined STLO in 2017. He is now the principal investigator of a project aiming to unravelling the dynamics of dairy fouling by implementing miniaturized devices.

Join us in the “Laezh” room to attend his presentation!
