Four STLO PhD students took part in the Nutrevent international conference (https://www.nutrevent.com/), dedicated to innovation in food and animal nutrition. Charles Le Bras, Anna Lambert, Marine Mantel, and Rodrigues Brossard presented their research work carried out as part of the regional PROLIFIC project, which aims to assess the health benefits of fermented dairy products in young children and seniors. The conference took place on october 17 and 18, in Rennes. Congratulations!

Yves Le Loir (coordinator of the PROLIFIC Project), and Karine Le Roux (Valorial) were also present at the event.
