Internship offer - Master 2 - Microbiology - rheology

Lactic acid bacteria, widely used to produce fermented foods or probiotics, are known to produce EPS in a species- and strain-dependent manner. As part of this internship, we will study i) the production of EPS by different strains of lactic acid bacteria already identified as EPS producers; ii) the rheological properties conferred by the production of these EPS.

The profile we are looking for: Master 2 microbiology,  affinity for rheology ❤️

The internship will take place at STLO in Rennes, starting in January/February 2026, for a period of 6 months.
