Internship offer - Master 2 - Biochemistry - physical chemistry of proteins

The internship is part of a four-year project, MICROSEED, funded by the French National Research Agency (ANR), bringing together teams from several disciplines in Nantes, Bordeaux, Toulouse, and Rennes, and dedicated to the phase transitions of plant reserve proteins, linked to the dehydration and rehydration cycles they undergo in seeds and during processing.

We are looking for a Master's degree holder in biochemistry, chemistry, or food engineering, with an interest in the physicochemistry of biopolymers and colloidal dispersions.


Desired knowledge: physical chemistry of aqueous solutions, basic knowledge of protein biochemistry and food science.
