Milk as a Vector for Development, 5th Edition

Save the date ! We are delighted to announce the fifth edition of the ‘Milk as a Vector for Development’ conference'. This fifth edition will once again take place in Senegal, in Saly, from 12 to 14 May 2026.

This fifth edition is organized by INRAE through its STLO and SMART units, in conjunction with CIRAD and ISRA (Senegalese Institute for Agricultural Research). These meetings aim to bring together scientists, decision-makers, and local stakeholders to discuss sustainable and inclusive solutions to the challenges facing the dairy sector in a global context of multiple crises.  The four sessions will address dairy sectors in West Africa, international dairy markets, climate, and the health and nutritional values of milk from various species.
