STLO at the Paris International Agricultural Show 2026

Come and meet STLO at the International Agricultural Show, on the INRAE stand! For nine days, STLO scientists will introduce you to fermentation in a space open to the general public and entirely dedicated to this fascinating subject! See you from February 21 to March 1, 2026, at the Parc des Expositions in Paris - Hall 5 - stand 5.2 B051.

Fermentation is in the spotlight this year at the International Agricultural Show, with a fun and educational area for the general public dedicated to fermentation and fermented foods! And guess what? STLO is running this area! :-)

So come and meet the scientists at STLO to find out more about:

  • Kefir, kombucha, cheese, sauerkraut, sausage, yogurt, kimchi... where fermented foods are synonymous with diversity!
  • Fermented foods. What exactly is a fermented food?
  • How does fermentation work?
  • Are fermented foods good for your health?  

Come and test your knowledge with our quiz: “Who wants to win billions... of bacteria!”

Finally, you will also find an escape game entirely dedicated to fermentation. A great way to have fun while learning!
