STLO at the EGAAL Doctoral School’s Research Days

We, the doctoral students at STLO, had the pleasure of presenting the diversity and richness of our research during the EGAAL Doctoral School’s research days. This research explores several themes:

• in vitro digestion Infogest, 
• infant formulas, 
• lupin Allergenicity and Fermentation, 
• drying dynamics of milk colloids, 
• binding of cheeses to their plastic molds,
• and protein-polyphenol interactions

Transversal activities were also offered during these events, such as exploring the birds and bats found on the site.
