STLO members attended the International Nutrition Congress

The STLO Bioactivity & Nutrition team attended the IUNS-ICN 2025 International Nutrition Congress, held in Paris from August 24th to 29th, 2025!

This rich and varied congress brought together 3,800 delegates from around the world to discuss the latest advances in human nutrition. Our students had the opportunity to present their work:

Capucine Picard, a PhD student, spoke about the in vitro digestibility of plant proteins and the link with in vivo digestibility.

Tanguy Saviard, a PhD student, revealed the difference between cow's milk and goat's milk in terms of digestion and impact on the intestine.

Finally, Mathilde Cancalon, a postdoctoral researcher, presented how an innovative infant formula based on plant cream behaved during digestion.
