The STLO will be taking part in the Centre Bretagne internal open days on 20 June 2024 with a workshop on making, fermenting and digesting food raw materials.

Milk and eggs have yet to reveal all their secrets, and their transformation into ingredients and products is opening up new prospects for human nutrition. Come and see for yourself:
- the Milk platform, dedicated to milk and its many transformations (heat treatment, yoghurts, cheeses, etc.)
- CIRM - Bacteria of Food Interest, an ISO9001-certified biological resource centre dedicated to preserving and exploring the biodiversity of food bacteria
- the Bioactivity and Nutrition team's dynamic in vitro digesters for assessing the nutritional and biological values of foods.
